Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally! We currently have USPS and Asendia as available international options depending where you are located. Please note that you are responsible for all potential customs and duties surcharges.
Are slimes edible?
Slimes are not edible! Even if it looks yummy, do NOT eat it! It is a toy! :)
Are slimes good for all ages?
We recommend slime for everyone ages 8 and up! This is due to the rare, potential choking hazard from ingestion from younger children.
What should I expect in my order?
Your slime(s), a slime care card, and a packet of borax powder in case the slime is melted!
My slime arrived too melted/stiff! What do I do?
If your slime came in melted, mix the included bag of borax activator with 1 cup of warm water, and slowly mix borax solution into slime until the texture is right.
If your slime came in stuff, store the slime near a sunny window so the slime can melt until the texture is right.
How long will my order ship?
Fulfillment will range from 1 to 5 business days!
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
